Step #1
Open Netscape. From the main menu choose "Tools" and then select "Options".

The new screen will appear with 2 rows: "Browser Options" and "Security and Privacy". Beside "Browser Options" choose "General" (customize basic browser settings).

From the new dialog box select at the bottom "Connection Seting". New screen open. Tick "manual proxy configuration" and enter by proper field (HTTP proxy, SSL proxy, FTP proxy, Gopher proxy) your proxy server with port that your proxy server use. To simplicity proxy configuration tick "use the same proxy for all protocols".
